Yoga with Sheryl McGourty of Yoga Durango will open the day's festivities with a guided yoga session [ bring your mats]!

& RASMOSES DRUM CIRCLE

providing LIVE Nyahbinghi and Kirtan chant support to Sheryl's yoga class. In addition he will guide students into meditation, pranayama (conscious breathing) and the chanting of mantras (sacred sounds to create desired results)

Hailing from Telluride, Colorado, Niceness is rooted in the traditional sounds of island reggae; seamlessly integrating elements of soul, funk, latin and hip-hop while staying true to their authentic reggae vibes. Their lyrics embody a conscious message rarely found in this day and age, centrally focused on love, personal responsibility, interdependence, and sustainability. 

 

HARRY MO ( DENVER CO. )

Harry Mo's musical journey began in his youthful days at elementary school in Dominica.

While stationed in Germany soon after the Berlin Wall came down, Mo met a Jamaican fellow soldier who turned him on to Reggae music fulltime. The two transferred to Colorado Springs, CO where a reggae scene suddenly happened. Not long after Harry Mo formed the band "Mountain Reggae" which became one of the top bands in the Rocky Mountain region. Harry Mo later joined roots rock reggae band "Boom Shaka", and toured throughout the US and worldwide, to far away locales like Brazil, Hong Kong and Ethiopia.

R O B E R T _ M I N O T T (JAMAICA)

Jamaican reggae singer Robert Minott has created waves with chart topping singles such as Right Man Fi Yuh and a cover of Sixto Rodriquez’ Silver Words . Now he is back with another original hit single aptly titled ‘man a star’
Robert Minott is a well known Jamaican recording artiste/songwriter/producer and promoter. He was Born and raised in St. Andrew, Jamaica, As a recording artiste, he has performed alongside some of the greatest reggae artist including Burning Spear, Shaggy, Maxi Priest and Ziggy Marley.

I D I G I N I S ( HOUSTON TX.)

IDIGINIS is a Texas Roots Reggae Band based in Houston and our style of music is a mix of roots, rock , rhythm and blues, soul and dub. IDIGINIS has shared the stage with a wide variety of super stars. In 2014 the band released a self titled debut EP , featuring the first single "Jah Kingdom Come". which was mastered at the legendary Lion & Fox Studios in Washington D.C.
